Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy, together with the Privacy Policy, contains information on the processing of personal data of persons using the Website by Kredyt Direct Debit S.A. on the terms set out in the Terms of Service and is an integral part of it.

The policy defines the legal basis for the processing, the purpose and methods of collecting and using personal data by Cookies, storage mechanisms, file reading as well as the method of controlling Cookies and the possibility of deleting them.

The policy ensures the User’s rights and the manner of exercising them.

I.  DEFINITIONS

  • Outsourcing – websites of partners, service providers or recipients cooperating with the Administrator, in which the Service Provider posts content related to its activities, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or uses their support to provide the Services.

II.  GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

III.  TYPES OF COOKIES

  • Internal Cookies – files uploaded and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s ICT system.
  • External cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the ICT systems of external Services using the services used by the Service Administrator. Scripts of external websites that may place cookies on the User’s Devices have been consciously placed on the Website through scripts and services made available and installed on the Website in order for the Website to function properly or download statistical data.
  • Session cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service during one session of a given Device. After ending the session the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
  • Persistent cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service until they are manually deleted. The files are not automatically deleted after the session ends, unless the configuration of the Device is set to delete Cookie files after each session of the Device.

IV.  DATA SAFETY

  • Mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between Cookies stored on the User’s Device and the Website are implemented through the built-in mechanisms of web browsers and do not allow for downloading other data from the User’s Device or data of other websites visited by the User, including personal data or confidential information. It is virtually impossible to transfer viruses, trojans or other worms to the User’s Device.
