The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. („Company”) informs about the adoption today of a resolution on granting a joint commercial proxy to Mr Andrzej Bąk, entitling him to act jointly with another member of the Management Board of the Company.
Mr Andrzej Bąk – a legal adviser and manager related to the legal services market for nearly 25 years. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie – Skłodowska University in Lublin. He completed the Executive MBA programme conducted by the University of Illinois and the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. He began his career with work at leading law firms in Lublin and Warsaw. He then supported the development of AVON and HOCHTIEF companies. Since 2010, he has managed a legal team in the Empik Media & Fashion group belonging to the Eastbridge and Penta portfolio. Since 2017, involved in the day-to-day business and sales process of ABC Data group companies belonging to the MCI portfolio. He joined the Inkaso Credit Team in 2020. He has extensive experience in the practical implementation of complex projects, including processes of optimisation, financing and disposal of key assets. He performed managerial and supervisory functions in statutory bodies of industry associations and capital companies.
Mr Andrzej Bąk does not pursue any competitive activity in relation to the Company’s activities and does not participate in competitive companies as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company or does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body. He was not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
