The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Domaniewska 39, 02-672 Warsaw) („Issuer„), in reference to the current report no. 22/2021 of 9 June 2021 on convening, as of 2 July 2021, a meeting of bondholders of F1 series bonds issued by the Issuer on 26 April 2019 with a total nominal value on the issue date of PLN 210,000,000 („Bonds„) („Meeting of Bond Holders„) and the current report no. 24/2021 of 24 June 2021 on draft resolutions of the Meeting of Bond Holders („Resolutions„), informs about the possibility for each and every bondholder holding Bonds to conclude an agreement with the Issuer on an additional one-off fee for expressing consent to change the terms of issue of Bonds subject to the Resolution if they are voted at that Meeting of Bond Holders („Agreement„).
In view of the above, the Issuer calls on and invites all bondholders who intend to participate in the meetings of the Meeting of Bondholders and decided to vote in favour of the Resolutions to contact the Issuer in order to sign the Agreement.
In order to obtain the draft Agreement, please contact the Issuer at obligatariusze@kredytinkaso.pl by attaching to the e-mail a certificate of deposit issued in connection with the Meeting of Bond Holders or a copy thereof. The draft Agreement shall not be negotiated.
