Barbara Rudziks is an expert in management of companies from the financial industry, specializing in organization transformation and perfection of processes.
She has been associated with the financial sector for more than 20 years. She is oriented towards corporate culture based on commitment of staff members and exploitation of team’s potential. Since 1998, for over 11 years, she worked for GE Money Bank, where she was responsible and liable for creating and managing the telesales channel in retail banking, optimization and management of extended operational structures.
Next, for subsequent almost 10 years, she worked at BEST S.A., where she exercised the function of a chief executive officer and a member of the management board responsible for comprehensive transformation of the company’s operational model and management of operations. Before joining Kredyt Inkaso, Barbara Rudziks also held the position of a chief executive director and president of the management board at Cross Loan S.A., where she was dealing with development of sales, distribution channels, implementation of products and processes for a retail Customer.
She has been working for Kredyt Inkaso since April 2020 – first at the position of Vice President of the Management and, since November 2022, as a President of the Kredyt Inkaso’s Management Board. She is responsible for the international operations, receivables management, internal audit, legal and IT divisions. Barbara Rudziks has graduated from the Gdynia Maritime University, where she obtained a master’s degree diploma in enterprise management. She communicates in English.
