Iwona Słomska is a manager with excellent knowledge of the receivables management sector. She started her professional career as a radio journalist, then she managed public relations and marketing activities in banks (GBPZ, BWE) and loan institutions (SKK Kredyt). In the years 2004-2020 she worked for the KRUK Group SA – a leader in the credit management industry in Central Europe. Initially as Director of the Marketing and PR Department, and since 2009 as Member of the Management Board responsible and liable for human resources management, marketing, PR, legal services, compliance, personal data protection, operational risk management and security management. She has rich experience in perfection of business processes, as well as professional and personal development of staff members including managers. Shed joined Kredyt Inkaso in May 2021, taking the position of a vice-president of the Management Board. She is responsible for the divisions of HR, communications, compliance and project and process management, as well as the work of the management office.
Iwona Słomska holds a master’s degree from the Institute of Political Science of the Wrocław University. She enriched her education at the Polish-American Study of Social Communication in Organization and Management (at the Wrocław University of Technology). She received an MBA diploma from the Higher School of Banking and Franklin University (USA). She communicates fluently in English.
