Mateusz Boguta is a manager specializing in the areas of financial management, M&A, investor relations and the capital market. He is an economist – he graduated with a master’s degree from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2008. He has many years of professional experience – in his career he has held positions such as financial director, investor relations director, supervisory board member, financial controller. Mateusz Boguta spent a significant part of his professional life at ATM S.A. (including participation in the successful delisting process and private equity fund exits). He was also professionally associated with the The Polish Financial Supervision Authority and Deloitte. He communicates fluently in English.
In May 2022, Matthew Boguta joined Kredyt Inkaso S.A. as Deputy CFO. In October 2022, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Kredyt Inkaso S.A., bringing extensive experience in financial management. As a member of the Board of Directors and CFO, he is responsible for, among other things, managing the Kredyt Inkaso Group’s financial processes, including raising financing, financial controlling, treasury, reporting, as well as modeling business strategy and investor relations.
