– I would like to thank the Supervisory Board for the trust it has placed in me. We have been growing up together for a long time to recommend changing roles within the Management Board. This demonstrates internal trust, understanding, and the ability to share responsibilities in a way that is, at this moment, the best for the organisation as a whole. This decision also confirms the foregoing good cooperation within the present Management Board and the willingness to continue it with the same personnelsaid Barbara Rudziks, President of the Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso.

– During my over 20 years of experience as CEO, I have developed a strong conviction that business is all about making the most of the competencies, experience, and talents of individual team members for the well-being of the company. Four years ago, when I resigned from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and was appointed to act as President of the Management Board, Kredyt Inkaso had a lot of potential, but it required many urgent changes while the market situation was quite difficult. Today, the Company is in a completely different place. To a large extent thanks to the work and commitment of Barbara Rudziks and her team, as for the past two years it was Barbara who was responsible for key areas of the Company’s development. – said Maciej Szymański, Vice-President of the Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso. I am the architect of the current composition of the Management Board and I believe that Barbara taking over the reins in the Kredyt Inkaso S.A. Management Board is an optimal solution for our Company, so it was a natural thing to recommend it to the Supervisory Board. Of the areas in the company that still need to be improved, there is certainly the issue of sorting out the situation in the shareholder structure, and this task will continue to rest on my shouldersadded Maciej Szymański.
