Consent to change the terms and conditions of issue of F1 series bonds in the wording adopted by the Meeting of Bond Holders of the F1 series

The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. („Issuer”, „Company”), in reference to the current report No. 27/2021 of 2 July 2021, declares that in connection with the wording of Article 67 (2) of the Act of 15 January 2015 on Bonds (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 483, as amended), it agrees to amend the terms and conditions of issue of F1 series bonds issued by the Issuer in the wording adopted by the Meeting of Bond Holders of F1 series bonds on 2 July 2021.
