Appointment of managing persons

The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („Company”) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on 17 May 2021, appointed Ms Iwona Słomska as Vice-President of the Management Board for the period of a joint three-year term covering the years 2019-2021.
