The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („Issuer”) hereby informs that in the financial year commencing on 1 April 2021 and ending on 31 March 2022, periodic reports shall be submitted within the following deadlines:
Quarterly reports:
• consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of the financial year starting on 1 April 2021 and ending on 31 March 2022.: 27 August 2021
Pursuant to § 79 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering information required by the law of a non-member country as equivalent („Regulation”), the interim report for Q2 and Q4 of the financial year starting on 1 April 2019 and ending on 31 March 2020 shall not be submitted.
Annual reports:
• unit and consolidated annual report for the financial year beginning on 1 April 2020 and ending on 31 March 2021.: 30 June 2021
Semi-annual reports:
• consolidated half-yearly report for the first half of the financial year starting on 1 April 2021 and ending on 31 March 2022.: 19 November 2021
In addition, in accordance with § 62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation, the Company shall not submit separate unit quarterly reports and a unit semi-annual report, however, consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report shall contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and semi-annual abridged financial statement.
