Information on the preliminary financial result of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. and its Capital Group for the financial year ended on 31 March 2021

The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („Company”), in connection with its audit works on the annual report covering the financial year beginning on 1 April 2020 and ending on 31 March 2021, provides the following information on the preliminary results of the Company and the Company’s Capital Group („Group”) in the scope of: (i) net revenues, (ii) EBITDA (*), (iii) net profit (in PLN thousand).

The Company estimates that:

1. The Group’s net revenues will amount to PLN 200,301 thousand (PLN 57,454 thousand for the Company, respectively),
2. EBITDA of the Group will amount to PLN 92,871 thousand (a negative value of PLN 4,534 thousand for the Company, respectively),
3. Net profit for the reporting period at a consolidated level will amount to PLN 45,460 thousand (PLN 15,257 thousand of losses for the Company, respectively).

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company indicates that these results include unaudited data and may differ from the final results subject to the audit of a statutory auditor, which will be published by the Company in the form of a separate annual report of the Company and a consolidated annual report of the Group.
