Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („Company”) informs about the adjustment of the supplementary report of the Management Board on the activities of the Capital Group and Kredyt Inkaso S.A. for the period of 12 months ended 31 March 2020 („Management Board Report”), forming part of the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2019/2020, which was made public by the Company on 30 September 2020 („Periodic Report”).
The content of the Management Board Report has been supplemented by a detailed description of the degree of exposure of the Company and the Capital Group to particular risks indicated under point 2.9.1. of the Management Board Report, as well as a description of factors taken into account by the Company was also added when drawing up a chart presenting the forecast future results from its receivables portfolios for the period of 180 months, contained in point 3.3 of the Management Board Report.
The above supplements do not affect the significance of the information previously provided in the Management Board Report, constituting only an extension thereof; the same does not matter for the financial data contained in the unit and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2019/2020 presented in the Periodic Report.
In connection with the above, the Company shall once again make public the Periodic Report, including the updated Management Board Report.
