Zarząd Kredyt Inkaso SA (Emitent) informuje, że dniu 22 marca 2011 r. Emitent, po konsultacjach z Oferującym, ustalił, iż Cena Emisyjna Akcji Serii H zarówno w Transzy Inwestorów Instytucjonalnych jak i Transzy Inwestorów Indywidualnych wynosi 12,50 złotych za jedną Akcję Serii H.
