Iwona Słomska, a manager with extensive experience in the debt management industry, joins the Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso SA. She will support the company’s authorities in areas related to human resources management, corporate communication, compliance, project management or processes and change management.
On 17 May 2021, the Supervisory Board of Kredyt Inkaso decided to appoint Iwona Słomska to the company’s Management Board. In the rank of Vice-President of this body, she will be responsible for human resources management and shaping the organizational culture across the corporate group, as well as external and internal communication strategy, compliance or project, process and change management.

It is worth noting that with the appointment of Iwona Słomska to the Kredyt Inkaso Management Board, full balance in the representation of women and men has been achieved in this body. Currently, this is the only entity from the debt management industry in Poland in which women occupy 50% of positions in company’s management boards. This situation is also unique among capital market companies.
Iwona Słomska is a manager with extensive knowledge of the credit management industry. She started her professional career as a radio journalist, then she managed public relations and marketing activities in banks (GBPZ, BWE) and loan institutions (SKK Kredyt). Between 2004 and 2020 she worked for the KRUK Group SA – the leader in the credit management industry in Central Europe. Initially as Director of the Marketing and PR Department, and since 2009 as Member of the Management Board responsible for human resources management, marketing, PR, legal services, compliance, personal data protection, operational risk management and security. She supervised the Polish market as well as six foreign markets where the KRUK Group operated. She also specialises in improving business processes, organisational culture management and personal development of employees and managers.
Iwona Słomska holds a Master’s degree from the Institute of Political Science of the University of Wrocław. She enriched her education at the Polish-American Study of Social Communication in Organization and Management (at Wrocław University of Technology). She received an MBA diploma from the WSB University and Franklin University (USA). She is fluent in English.
