The Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus for the issue of Kredyt Inkaso bonds

On 26 August 2021, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the base prospectus of the company’s bond issue scheme. Under the said scheme, Kredyt Inkaso may issue bonds up to the total amount of PLN 150 million.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority consented that Kredyt Inkaso shall run the scheme of prospectus issues of public bonds up to the total amount of PLN 150 million. The prospectus was approved on 26 August 2021, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 32/2021. The first issue under the described scheme is planned for the autumn of this year. The funds obtained from each series will be used to finance the current operating activities and are aimed at ensuring the further development of the Company.
