Barbara Rudziks is an expert in management of companies from the financial industry, specializing in organization transformation and perfection of processes. She has been associated with the financial sector for more than 20 years and has extensive managerial experience in operational structures, sales development and customer products and processes. She has been working for Kredyt Inkaso since April 2020 – first at the position of Vice President of the Management and, since November 2022, as a President of the Kredyt Inkaso’s Management Board. She is responsible for the international operations, receivables management, internal audit, legal and IT divisions.
Maciej Szymański is a manager with rich international experience gained both on European markets and Asian markets. He has rich experience in such areas as: finance, FMCG, cosmetic industry, consumer goods and e-commerce. He effectively managed both stock exchange listed companies and investment companies of private equity type. He was a Chairperson of the Supervisory Board from October 2016. From August 2018 to November 2022 he was Chairman of Kredyt Inkaso’s Management Board, and then became Vice Chairman of the Management Board. Maciej Szymanski, in his role as the Company’s vice president, is responsible for some areas of the company’s operations (including the security division) and overseeing lithigation proceedings, and his key task is to conduct the strategic options review process.
Iwona Słomska is a manager with excellent knowledge of the receivables management sector and extensive experience in business process improvement, professional and personal development of employees. In her managerial career, she was responsible for HR management, marketing, PR, legal services, compliance, personal data protection, operational risk and security management. She joined Kredyt Inkaso in May 2021, assuming the position of Vice President of the Management Board. She is responsible for the divisions of HR, communications, compliance and project and process management, as well as the work of the management office.
With Kredyt Inkaso S.A. since 2022. Mateusz Boguta is a manager specializing in the areas of financial management, M&A, investor relations and the capital market. He joined Kredyt Inkaso S.A. in May 2022 as Deputy CFO and was appointed to the management board in October 2022. As a member of the Board of Directors and CFO, he is responsible for, among other things, managing the Kredyt Inkaso Group’s financial processes, including raising financing, financial controlling, treasury, reporting, as well as modeling business strategy and investor relations.
