Another record-breaking quarter in Kredyt Inkaso Group

Kredyt Inkaso Group has published its consolidated and separate financial statements for Q1 of the financial year 2022/2023. The Group achieved a record level of collections amount of PLN 79.6 million and generated a net profit of PLN 14.7 million.

Kredyt Inkaso with new funds for investments

Kredyt Inkaso signed an agreement with ING Bank Śląski, under which it increased the available credit line limit to PLN 200 million. The funds obtained in this way will be used for new investments, i.e. the purchase of debt portfolios.

Subscriptions for 4-year Kredyt Inkaso series L1 bonds are open from 12 to 26 July. Investors are offered a variable interest rate based on the WIBOR 3M base rate and a fixed margin of 4.7 percentage points per annum.

Kredyt Inkaso successfully completed the refinancing operation and the issue of new bonds for a total amount of PLN 175 million

On 26 April 2022, Kredyt Inkaso repaid F1 series bonds and secured the new K1 series, as well as completed the refinancing operation for the total amount of PLN 158 million. In the same period, the Company also issued I1 series bonds totalling PLN 17 million. Thanks to this, it will be possible to increase the investment activity of the entire organisation.

On 11 April 2022, the Company allocated the I1 series bonds offered on the basis of the prospectus for the amount of over PLN 17 million.

Kredyt Inkaso allocated 7-year institutional bonds for a total amount of over PLN 158 million

The J1 and K1 series addressed to institutional investors are two elements of one operation involving refinancing of the Credit Inkaso Group’s debt. This operation will render it possible to make complete redemption of B1, F1 and G1 series bonds, the maturity dates of which fall within the next few quarters.

Subscriptions for series I1 bonds of Kredyt Inkaso will last from 9 to 22 March 2022. The issue covers 200,000 bonds with a par value of PLN 100 each, with a variable interest rate based on the 3M WIBOR base rate and a fixed margin of 4.9 percentage points per annum.
