Two quarters of record-breaking repayments at Kredyt Inkaso Group

Kredyt Inkaso Group has published its consolidated and separate financial statements for the first six months of the 2021/22 financial year.
During this period, the Group noted a record level of repayments of more than PLN 140 million and generated a profit at the consolidated level of PLN 26 million.

Record-breaking repayments of Kredyt Inkaso Group in Q1 of the financial year 2021/2022

Kredyt Inkaso published a consolidated and separate financial report for Q1 of the financial year 2021/2022. The Company, for the first time in its 20-year history, exceeded the limit of PLN 70 million from collections in a single quarter. The Company also generated very good results and net revenues of PLN 46.4 million at the consolidated level.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus for the issue of Kredyt Inkaso bonds

On 26 August 2021, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the base prospectus of the company’s bond issue scheme. Under the said scheme, Kredyt Inkaso may issue bonds up to the total amount of PLN 150 million.

Kredyt Inkaso confirms the good results for 2020/2021 and reports a net profit of PLN 45.5 million

On 9 July 2020, Kredyt Inkaso published the results for the financial year 2020/2021, which commenced on 1 April 2020 and ended on 31 March 2021. During this difficult pandemic-driven period, the Group’s net revenues increased by 55% and amounted to PLN 200.3 million. The Company generated a net profit of PLN 45.5 million at the consolidated level.

Kredyt Inkaso with a good result in the financial year 2020/21

The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso published the company’s preliminary results for the financial year 2020/21. According to them, the company will close this period achieving a very good result and net revenues totalling PLN 200.3 million for the entire Group and PLN 57.5 million for the Company.

The meeting of bondholders agreed to the proposals of Kredyt Inkaso

The meeting of bondholders of F1 series bonds held on 2 July 2021 voted on the resolutions on changing the terms and conditions of the issue. The bondholders agreed that the Company would incur new debt, which would allow for the purchase of new portfolios and taking advantage of the good situation on the debt management market.

June 25 this year witnessed the delivery of the lawsuit of John Van Kannel (minority shareholder holding 0.02% of the Company’s shares) to the registered office of Kredyt Inkaso SA regarding two resolutions voted at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 27 November 2020.
