The Court grants the arguments of Kredyt Inkaso

The Court grants the arguments of Kredyt Inkaso and removes the security for claims awarded to John Van Kannel in the case of two resolutions adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 November 2020. Thereby, any and all limitations in the exercise of the function of the President of Kredyt Inkaso by Maciej Szymański and doubts as to the status of Daniel Dąbrowski in the Company Supervisory Board were removed.

In connection with a request received from the majority shareholder, the management board of Kredyt Inkaso convenes the Extraordinary General Meeting. During it, it is envisaged to elect members of the Company Supervisory Board. This event may finalize the currently pending corporate dispute.

Kredyt Inkaso: 29 percent growth of debt repayments in Q1-Q3 2018/2019

The estimate amount of payments from debtors on account of servicing the portfolios acquired by the Kredyt Inkaso group in Q1-Q3 of the 2018/2019 financial year (April 2018 – December 2018) totaled PLN 172 million, up by 29 percent yoy. Only in Q1 of the 2018/19 financial year, this figure stood at PLN 61 million, which also represents a 29 percent growth compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.

Kredyt Inkaso offers four-year bonds

Kredyt Inkaso, one of the largest Polish entities in the debt management industry is offering up to 300 thousand PA01 series bonds in a public offering with a fixed interest rate of 5.5% for the first coupon period while in subsequent coupon periods it will offer floating interest based on the WIBOR 6M rate plus a 3.5% margin.

Polish FSA approves Kredyt Inkaso’s bond prospectus

Today, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (FSA) approved Kredyt Inkaso’s bond prospectus with a public bond issue program worth up to PLN 300 million. The Company wants to use the proceeds from this issue as one of the sources for underwriting its continued growth.
